Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are to be manufactured or are "Out of Stock" we will send out the order to you as soon as they are produced or the product becomes available again. If we cannot source or produce the required item/s we will contact you to discuss an alternative.

Cancellation

Once ordered printed items cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
Unprinted items may be cancelled but a handling fee of 25% or £25 (whichever is the greater) will be deducted from the refund. (see returns policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If there is a problem please notify us immediately.

If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided then we shall endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion and within a reasonable timescale. Wherever possible goods will be replaced like for like or a credit note will be issued for part/full orders.
Faults are to be reported within 3 days of delivery and returned to us within 10 days of delivery.
